The basis of our Positive Behavioral Support Intervention (PBIS) program is ROAR. ROAR stands for Respect, Obedience, Attitude, and Responsibility. Within the first week of school, every student learns about ROAR in various settings. Students earn rewards based on their display of ROAR, particularly in the classroom. These rewards include Cougar Cash Card signatures, Marvelous Monday passes, and the ability to attend our PBIS events.
